At Gresso, we strive for perfection in every garment, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a seamless 30-day return and exchange policy. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all luxury packaging intact.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the items in their original Gresso box and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the parcel.
Ship the Item
Drop off your package at any authorized courier location or schedule a complimentary home pickup through our logistics partner.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
